Delivery Issues
Nationwide packages that is being retuned to sender will not be refunded unless in instances where the package arrives back to us in good condition. Customers must check that delivery address is correct to avoid delays.
International packages that are detained, confiscated, marked undeliverable or returned by the delivery service completes the transaction, and SeaMoss Boss Canouan can not be held liable for anything that happens there after. If for any reason this occurrence transpires, Customer will not be refunded unless in instances where the package arrives back to us in good condition. The customer will be responsible for checking with their local authorities on import restrictions. Any shipping and handling fees to resend will be the responsibility of the Customer.
We cannot cover the cost of lost or stolen packages, nor can we interact with the courier to locate your lost package, once the tracking information states it has been delivered or is en route to the delivery address. If your package is damaged/lost/stolen, you must file a claim directly with UPS or USPS. Our shipment fees include insurance coverage up to 100 USD. To file claim for “Lost or Stolen” packages, please contact the courier directly. You will need your order confirmation as well as your tracking number.
