Important Information:
- Guests from ages 10 and up can participate, and reservations can be made for a maximum of 6 guests per trip.
- We accept reservations for any time during the day, but we recommend booking for timeslots between 8:00-11:00 or 15:30-18:00. The sun is usually less intense around these time frames.
- What to prepare for this trip: Change of Clothes, Sunscreen, Hat, Sunglasses, Water, Snacks, Camera
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. Please review our cancellation policy below:
Ā 1. Cancellation by Customer
– More than 48 hours before departure: Full refund or option to reschedule at no extra cost.
– 24 to 48 hours before departure: 50% refund or option to reschedule (subject to availability).
– Less than 24 hours before departure, after the trip begins or No-Shows: No refund.
2. Cancellation Due to Weather or Unforeseen Circumstances
– If the trip is canceled by us due to bad weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances, guests will have the option to reschedule for another available date.
3. Late Arrivals & Missed Departures
– The trip departs on time. If guests arrive late and miss the departure, the booking will be considered a **no-show**, and no refunds will be issued.
Ā 4. Changes & Rescheduling
– Rescheduling is allowed **once** at no extra charge if requested at least **24 hours in advance.
