Cancellation policy

• Before you book, make sure you’re comfortable with this our cancellation policy.
• Cancel at least 5 days before check in at 1:00 PM and you’ll get a Full refund: Get back 100% of what you paid.
• Cancel between 5 days to 1 day before check-in at 1:00 PM and you’ll get a Partial refund: Get back 50% of every night but the first one. No refund of the first night.
• Cancel less than 24 hours before check-in or reducing trip duration after checking in and no refund will be issued.

House rules

• Checking in and out: Check-in after 1:00 PM | Checkout before 11:00 AM
• Self check-in: with lock box – only available for guests with a prepaid reservation
• During your stay: 5 guests maximum | Pets allowed | No parties or events | No smoking

Additional rules:

1. Canouan is a beautiful but small island with limited natural freshwater resources and no municipal water system. All water is supplied through a local desalination company and stored in large on-site tanks. Due to occasional delivery delays — which can take up to two weeks — we kindly ask guests to be mindful of water usage, particularly when showering or using the kitchen.

   Your cooperation helps us maintain a comfortable and sustainable stay for you and future guests. This is a common island-wide situation across all accommodations in Canouan, and we truly appreciate your understanding and care.

2. No smoking on the property, even in the balcony. This allows us to maintain an overall optimal experience for all guests.

3. To ensure your comfort and help us maintain sustainable operations, we kindly ask that you keep doors and windows closed while the air conditioning is on, and turn off the AC and other appliances when leaving the room.

   Canouan’s island utilities are limited and AC units can be easily overworked when operated with open windows or doors, often requiring early replacement and extended repair times due to limited on-island service.

   We’ve chosen to keep our room rates affordable despite rising operating costs, and your cooperation helps us continue offering the best-value accommodations in Canouan. Our on-site team may occasionally check in or offer a friendly reminder to ensure a comfortable stay for you and future guests.

4. Before you leave: Turn appliances, AC’s and lights off
