Description

Itinerary:
1. Meet at the ferry terminal in Canouan
2. Introduction to SeaMoss cultivation & harvesting
3. Hands-on snorkeling experience at SeaMoss plot
4. Transfer to production facility
5. Introduction to SeaMoss production
6. Interactive tasting session on how to use SeaMoss
7. Transfer to Accommodation (End of Trip)

Important Information:
1. Guests from ages 10 and up can participate, and reservations can be made for a maximum of 6 guests per trip
2. We accept reservations for any time during the day, but we recommend starting between 8-10am and 4-4:30pm. The sun is usually less intense around these timeframes
3. What to prepare for this trip: Change of Clothes, Swimwear, Sunscreen, Hat, Sunglasses

Policies

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. Please review our cancellation policy below:

Ā 1. Cancellation by Customer
– More than 48 hours before departure: Full refund or option to reschedule at no extra cost.
– 24 to 48 hours before departure: 50% refund or option to reschedule (subject to availability).
– Less than 24 hours before departure, after the trip begins or No-Shows: No refund.

2. Cancellation Due to Weather or Unforeseen Circumstances
_ If the trip is canceled by us due to bad weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances, guests will have the option to reschedule for another available date.

3. Late Arrivals & Missed Departures
– The trip departs on time. If guests arrive late and miss the departure, the booking will be considered a no-show. No refunds will be issued.

Ā 4. Changes & Rescheduling
– Rescheduling is allowed once at no extra charge if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
